Joe Earl Niccum, 88, of Los Ranchos, New Mexico, passed away January 6 ^th , 2025 in Mesa Arizona.

Joe was born in El Paso Texas to Clyde Niccum and Guadalupe Sepulveda Niccum. He is survived by his loving wife Consuelo (Rodriguez) Niccum and three children. Joe was also the proud grandfather of seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.  Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on March 3rd, 2025, at Fort Bliss in El Paso, Texas.
