Jillian Aileen Skelton, 54, of San Tan Valley, Arizona, passed away on May 11, 2025.  She was born on May 31, 1970, to James and Shirley Folger in Chicago, Illinois.

Jillian was a bright mind and obtained many degrees including, Bachelor of Science, Master of Management, Master of Business Administration, and a Master of Psychology.  She loved baseball and traveling, but her biggest joy was being a grandma "Mia".

She is survived by her loving husband, Chad Skelton; children, Dakota and Haley Shipman; parents, Shirley and James Folger; sister, Elizabeth Jenkins; grandchildren, Sharlie and Brielle Shipman.
